Your memories aren't social media. Here is exactly what we keep, why, and for how long.
What we collect
Hosts: name, email, a securely hashed password, event details and billing details for your invoice.
Guests: the photos and videos they choose to upload, plus a name and message only if they decide to add them. Guests never create an account.
How long we keep it
Event photos and videos stay available for two months after the event date. After that the event closes to guests, the host has a few more days to download, and then the files are permanently deleted from our storage.
Who can see an event
Only people with the event's QR or link, and only if the host allows guests to browse. Hosts can switch to upload-only, approve uploads first, and hide or delete anything at any time.
Event pages are not listed anywhere and search engines are instructed not to index them.
What we don't do
No advertising, no selling data, no public feeds, no third-party trackers or font services on event pages.
Cookies
One cookie keeps hosts signed in, one remembers your language, and one anonymous cookie lets us count how many guests contributed. None are used for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time. Hosts can delete individual uploads themselves from the dashboard.
