Acceptable Use & Content Policy
MomentFlow is for the memories of your event. A few things do not belong on it.
Last updated: 8 October 2026
Draft for legal review. This text describes how MomentFlow works today and will be finalised, with our full company details, before commercial launch.
1.What MomentFlow is for
Photos and videos of a specific event, shared between its host and its guests.
2.What is not allowed
Content that is illegal, or that you have no right to share.
Content that infringes someone else's rights — their copyright, or their right to privacy.
Sexual content involving minors, in any form. This is reported to the authorities.
Content meant to harass, threaten or humiliate a person.
Files that are not really photos or videos, including anything designed to damage devices or systems.
Using an event page for something unrelated to the event, such as general file storage or advertising.
3.Technical misuse
Do not try to get around upload limits, access other people's events, overload the service or interfere with how it works.
4.What we may do
The host can hide or delete any upload. We may also remove content, pause an event or close an account when this policy is broken or when the law requires it. Where we can, we tell the host what we did and why.
5.Reporting
Anyone can report content through the report form. See the Content Report & Takedown Policy.
