Guest Upload Terms
The short rules for anyone who adds photos or videos to an event.
Last updated: 8 October 2026
Draft for legal review. This text describes how MomentFlow works today and will be finalised, with our full company details, before commercial launch.
1.No account, no app
You can upload to an event simply by scanning its QR code. You do not create an account and we do not ask for your email address.
2.What you confirm when you upload
That the photos and videos are yours to share, or that you have the permission of whoever owns them.
That you are happy for the event host to see, keep and download them, and — if the host has opened the wall to guests — for the other guests of this event to see them.
That they follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
3.Your content stays yours
You keep all rights in what you upload. You give MomentFlow only the permission needed to store your content, prepare it for display and deliver it to the host and to this event's guests.
MomentFlow will not use your uploads for advertising or anything unrelated to this event.
4.Your name and message
Adding your name or a message is optional. If you add them, the host sees them, and other guests may see them if the host has allowed that.
5.Removing something
The host can hide or delete any upload at any time. If you want something you uploaded to be removed, ask the host, or use the report form and we will pass it on or act on it.
6.How long it stays
The event is available until 30 days after the event date. After a short download period for the host, everything is permanently deleted from MomentFlow. The host may keep a copy they downloaded.
