Data Retention

1.The short version

Your MomentFlow is available until 30 days after your event date. Then it closes to guests, you get 7 more days to download, and then the photos and videos are permanently deleted.

2.While your event is available

Guests can upload and, if you allow it, see the wall. You can manage, favourite, hide, delete and download everything.

3.Reminders

We email you when 14, 7, 3 and 1 days remain, and again when the event has closed. The closing date is always shown in your dashboard.

4.When it expires

Uploads stop, and the guest wall and the Live Wall are no longer available. Your dashboard tells you clearly that the event has expired and until when you can still download.

5.Permanent deletion

When the 7-day download period ends, we delete the original files, the versions prepared for display, the thumbnails and any download archives from our storage. This cannot be undone.

You can also delete individual photos and videos yourself at any time.

6.What we keep afterwards

Only what we need for accounting, tax and legal obligations and to protect against fraud: your account, your order, and — for printed packages — the delivery record. No photos or videos are kept. [RETENTION PERIOD FOR RECORDS TO BE CONFIRMED]
