Content Report & Takedown Policy
How to tell us about content that should not be on MomentFlow, and what happens next.
Last updated: 8 October 2026
Draft for legal review. This text describes how MomentFlow works today and will be finalised, with our full company details, before commercial launch.
1.What you can report
A privacy concern — for example, a photo of you that you do not want shared.
A copyright concern — content that belongs to you and was shared without permission.
An inappropriate upload that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy.
Any other legal issue.
2.How to report
Use the report form at /legal/report, or write to [CONTACT EMAIL]. Tell us which event it concerns (the link is enough), what the content is, and why it should be removed. Leave a way to reach you if you would like an answer.
Guests looking at an event's wall can also flag a single photo or video directly; the host is alerted.
3.What happens next
Every report is recorded and reviewed by a person. Its status moves from New, to Reviewing, to Actioned or Closed.
Depending on the case we may ask the host to remove the content, hide it ourselves, pause the event, or decide that no action is needed. We may need more information from you first.
[TARGET RESPONSE TIMES TO BE DEFINED]
4.Copyright notices
A copyright report should identify the work, where it appears on MomentFlow, and confirm that you are the rightsholder or act for them.
5.Privacy requests
Requests to access, correct or delete personal data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. You can send them through the same form.
