MomentFlow uses only the cookies it needs to work. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

Draft for legal review. This text describes how MomentFlow works today and will be finalised, with our full company details, before commercial launch.

1.Strictly necessary cookies

mf_session — keeps a host signed in. Set at sign-in, lasts up to 30 days.

mf_locale — remembers the language you chose. Lasts one year.

mf_event — for hosts with more than one event, remembers which one the dashboard is showing.

mf_checkout — ties a purchase in progress to your browser, so that only you see the result. Lasts 30 days.

mf_guest — a random identifier on a guest's device, so the host can see how many different people contributed. It contains no personal details.

2.Storage in your browser

If a guest types their name, the browser remembers it locally (mf_guest_name) so they do not have to type it again. It stays on the device.

During a purchase, the browser remembers that a completed order has already been counted, so reloading the page does not count it twice.

3.Analytics and marketing cookies

None. We use no analytics cookies and no marketing cookies.

If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first, through a clear choice that is off by default, and update this page.

4.Payment provider

When you pay by card, the payment form is provided by our payment provider, which may set its own cookies that are necessary to process the payment and prevent fraud. [TO BE CONFIRMED WHEN LIVE PAYMENTS ARE CONFIGURED]
