Cancellation, Refund & Withdrawal Policy

2.The digital service

MomentFlow is a digital service that starts immediately: your event and its QR code are created the moment your payment succeeds.

At checkout you are asked to confirm, with a separate tick, that you want the service to start straight away. Under EU consumer rules, a consumer normally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract; where a digital service is fully performed after the consumer expressly asked for it to begin and acknowledged the effect on the right of withdrawal, that right may be lost. 3.Printed QR cards

The printed cards are made to your specification — your event's name, date and QR code. Goods made to the buyer's specification or clearly personalised are generally excluded from the standard right of withdrawal. [LEGAL REVIEW]

4.If something went wrong

If the service did not work as described, or you were charged in error, write to [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order reference. We look at every request individually.

5.How a refund request is handled

Each request is recorded and moves through these steps: Requested, Under review, Approved or Rejected, and — when approved — Refunded.

An approved refund is returned to the payment method used for the purchase. We tell you the outcome either way. A request is not, by itself, a promise of a refund.

6.Cancelling before your event
